Seattle Chapter Meeting - May 2 (After the Seminar)

  • May 2, 2018 5:30pm - 8:30pm
  • Doubletree Hotel, 16500 Southcenter Pkwy, Seattle, WA 98188

Course Description
The class will discuss the basic principles of condensation within a roof assembly. We will review areas such as ventilation, insulation, vapor barriers/retarders, humidity levels, code requirements vs. real world methods and other issues which impact controlling condensation. Additionally we will discuss topical evidence which points to condensation, rather than a faulty roof, as the source of moisture intrusion issues.
